The bacteria that blocks in your skin causes inflammation, or red splotches know as acne. In addition, acne is, hereditary, so therefore if your mother or father had problems with acne, then you could experience acne as well.
However, when a teenager reaches puberty their hormone level changes, after the hormonal level changes your body changes with it, causing formation of acne. In addition, if a person, for instance a teenager or adult experience a high level of stress, then this could enhance the person’s adrenaline glands putting them at higher risk of acne in their adolescent years. Bacteria can enter the skins pores; due to excessive itching or scratching of any kind. Constant itching and scratching can possible lead to inflammation. Inflammation can be a leading cause of acne. It has been, proven that acne is caused from a certain number of factors beneath the surface of your skin. For instance, your pores become, blocked by a bacterium, which stops up the oil in your body that keeps your skin moist and pliable. As skin renews itself, old cells die making room for new cells. However, the new cells build up with bacteria ever time you rub your face or scratch any part of your body. Therefore, when too much bacteria forms in these new cells your body will try to force them out causing acne to form. Many women that are going through pregnancy can also produce acne, because the body is changing to fit the needs of the child that is, going to be, born. During birth, the mother will sweat uncontrollably, opening up pores in the body. However, many times during birth the women will not develop acne, because hospitals sterilize everything keeping bacteria and other contaminates reduced. Moreover your body produces white blood cells that are, sent out to attack bacteria, this is, a process called chemotaxis. Chemotaxis causes pimples to become red and painful. However, do not ever try to pop or bust puss pockets caused by acne, for this could in fact damage your skin leaving scars. Popping or busting puss pockets is, not a treatment recommended for getting rid of acne, but can actually cause your acne to become worse. The bacteria needs a place to grow, therefore, the oil within the pores of the skin creates a perfect environment for the bacteria to grow. However, these oil glands vary in size. Therefore, if these oils are, trapped in your skin, and cannot reach the surface then you could possible be at risk of acne. Inflammation of your skin may occur because; your body’s immune system is trying to get rid of a foreign substance known as bacteria. However, if your immune system is, not working properly, not only would you have acne, but you could also poses worse problems then that.
